Return Policy

Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item(s) are returned safely. Please include the return authorization number on the packaging to expedite the processing of your return.

 

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything is satisfactory, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or customized products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods. Additionally, any items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

 

In the case of a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
